Sala Thai Massage Takapuna provides massage and wellness services for relaxation, general wellbeing and therapeutic purposes.

Appointments and Bookings

Appointments are subject to availability and are confirmed only when an appointment has been accepted or confirmed through our booking system, by phone, or through another approved booking method.

Please provide accurate contact information when making a booking so that we can contact you if necessary.

Customers are responsible for arriving at the correct location and at the scheduled appointment time.

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened so that the appointment does not unnecessarily delay the next customer. The full booking fee may still apply.

Cancellations and Changes

We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please contact us as early as possible.

Where possible, we ask that cancellations or appointment changes be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations, missed appointments or repeated changes may result in a cancellation fee or the requirement to provide a deposit before future appointments.

Any cancellation fees or deposit requirements will be communicated to you where applicable.

We reserve the right to waive a cancellation fee where there are reasonable circumstances, at our discretion.

No-Show Appointments

If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us, the appointment may be treated as a no-show.

A no-show may result in the loss of any deposit paid and/or a cancellation charge. Customers who repeatedly fail to attend appointments may be required to make a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.

Prices and Payments

Our current prices are displayed on our website, booking system, promotional material or at our premises.

Prices may change from time to time. The applicable price will normally be the price confirmed at the time of booking, subject to any clearly stated promotional conditions.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods accepted by Sala Thai Massage Takapuna.

Any applicable additional charges, deposits or cancellation fees will be communicated to the customer.

Promotions and Special Offers

Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.

Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers may not be replaceable unless we can reasonably verify the original purchase.

Customers should provide truthful and complete information that may be relevant to their treatment.

We may decline, modify or stop a treatment if we believe that continuing the treatment may be inappropriate or unsafe.

Pregnancy Treatments

Pregnancy massage is offered only where the treatment is considered appropriate based on the information provided by the customer.

Customers should inform us of their pregnancy before treatment.

Where there is any medical concern or complication, customers should obtain appropriate advice from their healthcare professional before receiving a massage.

Right to Refuse or End a Treatment

Sala Thai Massage Takapuna reserves the right to refuse or end a treatment where reasonably necessary for the safety, comfort or wellbeing of the customer or therapist.

We may also refuse service where a customer behaves in an abusive, threatening, inappropriate, sexually suggestive or otherwise unacceptable manner.

Our massage services are strictly professional. Sexual services are not provided or implied by any service offered by Sala Thai Massage Takapuna.

Customer Conduct
